1. Who we are
This website (the "Site") is operated by Lexigen Healthcare FZCO, a free zone company with limited liability incorporated under the rules of the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre Free Zone Authority (UAE), registration No. DMCC204482, with registered office at Uptown Tower, Uptown Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Lexigen", "we", "us"). Lexigen is the data controller of personal data collected through the Site. Contact: enquiries@lexigenhealthcare.com.
This Policy is issued in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL). Because our Site is accessible to visitors in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area and other jurisdictions, we also apply the principles of the UK GDPR and EU GDPR where they apply to our processing.
2. Personal data we collect
Contact and enquiry data: name, company, job title, email address, telephone number and the content of messages you send via our contact form or by email.
Business relationship data: information you provide in the course of commercial discussions, due diligence or contracting with us.
Technical data: IP address, browser type and version, device information, pages visited and referral source, collected automatically via cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).
We do not knowingly collect data from children, and the Site is not directed at consumers or patients. We do not collect health data through the Site.

4. Sharing your personal data
We may share personal data with: our professional advisers (legal, accounting, audit); IT and hosting providers; commercial partners where necessary to progress a transaction you are involved in; and regulators, free zone authorities or law enforcement where required by law. We do not sell personal data.
5. International transfers
Lexigen is based in the UAE and works with partners in the UK, EU, Hong Kong, mainland China and India. Personal data may therefore be transferred across borders. Where required, we rely on adequacy decisions, contractual safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) or other mechanisms permitted under the PDPL, UK GDPR or EU GDPR.
6. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above: enquiry data is generally retained for up to 24 months after last contact; contractual and compliance records are retained for the period required by applicable law (typically 6–10 years).
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to: access your personal data; request correction or erasure; restrict or object to processing; data portability; and withdraw consent at any time. 8. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No internet transmission is completely secure, and transmission is at your own risk.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The latest version, with its effective date, will always be posted on this page.
